Vice President of the Management Board for Marketing
Christian Dölle is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Augsburg, major in Accounting and Controlling as well as in Operations research.
He started his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1996, specializing in strategic consulting, efficient consumer response and restructuring. He was part of the retail and consumer goods practice and has managed numerous international projects covering strategic transformations, sales efficiency & effectiveness programs and restructuring in Europe, Brazil and China.
Between 2004 and 2011 Christian Dölle joined Lafarge Roofing Division (today part of BMI Group) and held three international managerial positions, driving user centric innovations and global sales of roofing accessories and solutions. As Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing he managed the turn-around of the North American entity during the Subprime Crisis while pursuing a multi-channel strategy and repositioning.
From 2012-2016 he worked for Vossloh Group, listed in the M-DAX as global manufacturer of systems and solutions for the Rail Infrastructure and Transportation market. Starting as Managing Director of Vossloh Fastening Systems, taking over the overall Group responsibility for Sales as Sr. Executive Vice-President Sales and Internationalization, targeting market oriented (geography, customer & segment) sales and globalization.
Between 2016 and 2019 as CEO of privately held RHEINZINK Group, he managed the strategic repositioning of the company, specialized in manufacturing and global distribution of zinc coils & sheets and systems for roof and facade applications.
On 1 March 2019, by a resolution of the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Management Board of the company as the Vice President of the Management Board for Marketing as of 1 March 2019.
On 27 May 2021, by a resolution of the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed as the Vice President of the Management Board for Marketing of the company for a new term of office.
