Hubert Rozpędek

Vice President of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer

Hubert Rozpędek has 20 years of experience in financial management of manufacturing, service and trade enterprises, including more than 15 years of experience as CFO of companies and groups of companies listed on the Stock Exchange in Warsaw.

During his career he served on the supervisory boards of a number of companies, as an independent member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He graduated from the Poznan University of Economics in 1996 with specialization Corporate Finance and Accounting, achieving the highest score.

In 1999 he graduated from the Chief Financial Officer School of the International Foundation for Capital Market Development and Ownership Transformation in the Republic of Poland - Privatization Center BiF. 

In the years 1996 - 2010 he gained experience in various companies operating in the following segments: food, telecommunications and automotive, where he successfully conducted complex restructuring and optimization as a Board Member responsible for the area of Finance (CFO), as well as fulfilling the duties of CEO.

In the years 2010 - 2013 as Vice President/CFO of the third largest energy group in Poland - ENEA SA, he was responsible for obtaining financing for the investment program of the Enea Group worth 18,5 billion PLN. He prepared and implemented a risk management program in Enea Group as well as intercompany funding program. He also conducted the process of gaining for Enea S.A. the investment grade of American Fitch Ratings Agency, successfully completed in 2012. 

In the years 2014-2016 he served as Vice President of Work Service S.A. where he was responsible for structuring the financing that secured an increase in value of the Company within the executed processes of acquisition and organic growth. In particular, he was responsible for operational management and centralization of processes in the areas of finance, accounting, taxation and IT Work Service Group that operates in 12 countries and employs 40,000 workers.
