Christian Dölle is a graduate of Augsburg University in business administration with majors in Accounting & Controlling and Operations Research.
He started his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1996, specializing in strategic consulting, efficient consumer response and restructuring. He was part of the retail and consumer goods practice and has managed numerous international projects covering strategic transformations, efficient consumer response, sales efficiency & effectiveness programs and restructuring in Europe, Brazil and China.
Between 2004 and 2011 Christian Dölle joined Lafarge Roofing Division (today part of BMI Group) and held three international managerial positions, driving innovation and global sales of roofing accessories and solutions and managing a turn-around while pursuing a multi-channel strategy for the North American entity during the Subprime Crisis as Vice President Sales & Marketing.
From 2012-2016 he worked for Vossloh Group, listed in the M-DAX as global manufacturer of systems and solutions for the Rail Infrastructure and Transportation market. He started as Managing Director of Vossloh Fastening Systems later taking over the overall sales responsibility for the Group as Sr. Executive Vice-President Sales and Internationalization.
Between 2016 and 2019 as CEO of privately held RHEINZINK Group, he managed the strategic repositioning of the company, specialized in manufacturing and distribution of zinc coils & sheets and systems for roof and façade applications.
